Classical two-dimensional Liouville gravity is often considered in conformal gauge which has a residual left and right Virasoro symmetry algebra. It is then dual to AdS3 Einstein gravity with Brown-Henneaux boundary conditions. In this talk, I will present an alternate, chiral, gauge which has a residual right Virasoro Kac-Moody algebra, and no left Virasoro algebra. The resulting chiral theory will be shown to be dual to AdS3 Einstein gravity with new boundary conditions. The conserved charges and central extensions of the algebra will be presented from the boundary and bulk perspectives. The possible existence of a quantum theory will be discussed.
